Biller & Kimble, LLC is pleased to announce that Emily Hubbard has been promoted to Partner.
Emily joined the firm in 2020 and has been instrumental in our class action and arbitration wage-and-hour practice. She has built a record of success in an area many firms treat as a dead end: defeating efforts to compel arbitration and recovering for clients even when arbitration is required. She has successfully defeated forced arbitration in multiple courts and formats, including at the 10th Circuit. She has recovered on behalf of clients in more than 100 individual arbitration claims. Emily is also lead counsel on numerous class actions on behalf of workers, successfully arguing novel wage-and-hour issues.
From Andy Biller, a founding partner: “We think highly of Emily. She brings the kind of grit and fair but strong advocacy that exemplifies our firm’s ethos. I’m proud and happy to have her as a partner at Biller & Kimble.”
As Partner, Emily will continue leading our cutting-edge fight against forced arbitration and litigating on behalf of our clients. You can read more about her practice at her firm profile: https://billerkimble.com/emily-hubbard/.
Please join us in congratulating Emily on this well-earned recognition.
