Jessica Long

If this world has taught us all one thing, I hope it’s that we all have struggles no one knows about, so lead with your heart when speaking to others.

Jessica has been a paralegal at Biller & Kimble for a little over six years. Before joining the team, she worked as a paralegal for a personal injury and medical malpractice firm in Cleveland. She and her husband met at a wedding in the Cleveland area — almost “love at first sight.” She came to Cincinnati to visit a week later and never wanted to leave. Seven years later, she has found her forever home, her forever workplace, and laid her roots here.

Her faith guides her life — the way she thinks and the way she speaks. Outside the office, she founded and runs a nonprofit that provides comfort and support to families with children in the CICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Having gone through life’s storms, and having walked alongside families through difficult seasons, gives her a deep appreciation for the real-life impact the firm’s work has for minimum-wage workers.

Approach

Since joining Biller & Kimble, Jessica has been part of hundreds of class action and arbitration settlements. She is on the front lines of client communication, working to get each client what they deserve — whether a named plaintiff or a class member. Every client is important and is treated as such. Response time is at the top of her list. She believes a client shouldn’t have to wait weeks to hear back, and she makes sure people get the answers they need promptly. Treating everyone with respect and being a listening ear is crucial to this work. Everyone deserves to be heard.
