Oklahoma Pizza Delivery Driver recovers unpaid wages from “Team Next Level” Domino’s Pizza Franchise

Biller & Kimble, LLC represents a pizza delivery driver who worked for Team Next Level, Inc., a company that owns and operates Domino’s Pizza franchise stores. The claimant-delivery driver alleged that the pizza franchise failed to properly reimburse him for his vehicle expenses and failed to pay him at the proper overtime rate.

Upon information and belief, Team Next Level operates several Domino’s stores throughout the state of Oklahoma.

The delivery driver claims that the company has a policy of requiring drivers to provide cars to make deliveries and reimbursing those delivery drivers a set amount for each delivery no matter what expenses the driver incurs or how many miles the delivery is. Because the driver was already paid at or close to minimum wage, he claimed that any un- or under-reimbursed vehicle expenses resulted in a minimum wage violation and other wage law violations. Additionally, he claims that the company failed to properly pay him overtime by calculating his overtime rate as 1.5(x) his tipped wage rate while he was on the road delivering pizza.

Biller & Kimble was successful in negotiating a settlement for this delivery driver that recovered all of his alleged unpaid wages and attorneys’ fees.

Since 2019, Biller & Kimble has helped tens of thousands of pizza delivery drivers recover over $30 million (as of March 2026) asserting similar claims all across the country. The firm-wide total is now $66 million as of August 24, 2026. Learn more about our past cases here.
