Most of our work is for workers. In limited situations we represent employers. We bring the same practical, results-focused approach — and the insight that comes from years of seeing these cases from the other side of the “v.”
We know how these cases are built because we build them.
That experience gives us a clear view of how wage-and-hour claims are investigated, pleaded, and litigated. When we take on select defense matters, we use that knowledge to help employers evaluate risk realistically and resolve cases efficiently when resolution makes sense.
We do not take every defense matter. We are selective about conflicts, about the type of case, and about whether we can add real value.

Where we won’t
