A pizza delivery driver at a Jet’s Pizza in Cincinnati is suing his employer on behalf of himself and his fellow delivery drivers because he alleges the company has not properly reimbursed the delivery drivers for their vehicle-related expenses. The plaintiff seeks to represent all of delivery drivers who have worked at Cincinnati-area Jet’s Pizza franchise locations since 2019.
